I placed an online order for a helmet via the Ola app, which I subsequently cancelled due to an incorrect delivery address. I then placed a fresh order, but I have not received the delivery for it, nor have I received a refund for the initial order. Currently, both payments remain stuck, and the company is failing to address the issue. I have also sent an email to the company regarding this matter; I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
