My Olas 1x+ has got system issue since 1 month almost, vehicle is at service center from 15th August, and there is no update from Ola team.
I have written multiple emails also no one is responding.
Please escalate this matter on my behalf

I will start from the start. first i booked vehicle on 15 august by paying 500 rs after that they opened advance amount window of 20000 rs on 15 september . then they opened full payment window on 21 jan in which we have to select the mode of payment either by paying the full amount or else by availing the financing options . first i opted for the finacial option there it showed successful then the dispatch date was given to mee of 28 th feburvary . after than on 1 st week of february i received the call from ola electric for document verfication verification was done an again i received the call they said that your loan has been cancelled by the financing company you have too options either to cancel the booking or else pay the remaning amout . i agreed to pay the remaing amount . then they told okay . after that it hass been more than month i have been writing them through email but still the vehicle hass been dispached and the state subsidy for ev is also going to reduce in this month . if it get reduced then i haave to bear the loss of more than 20000 rs . in this all situation no proper resolution hass been provided by the company to mee . and many people who booked scooter after me have started getting their scooter and i am still waiting, plz look in to thiss matter.

Even after full payment, there is no delivery of the scooter nor are they responding to my cancelation and refund even after assuring the delivery schedule by Jan 31, 2022 now the estimated delivery schedule is Feb 28, 2022.
