I had booked Ola share cab on 16.02, 17 and 17.02.17 but the money was not deducted from Ola money account due to Server problem with Ola as well as strike of operators in Delhi. I had paid cash of Rs.40 on 16.02.17 and Rs.40 on 17.02.17 to the Cab driver. The amount was later deducted from my Ola account after a few days. The number does not exist but the bill has been processed. i have ola money acount with phone number [protected]

What is the procedure to get the money back.
