Hi, today I went to Olivia skin and hair clinic in kolkata Park Street branch, I was told that the price of Q switch laser treatment for face and neck / session is 9400/- ( without discount) but due to ongoing discount I was given 35% discount.
Since I took 6sessions the total I am supposed to pay is 36330/-
When I called up in Olivia salt lake branch and inquired about the price of this same treatment the guy told me it’s 5K/ session and on top of that I will get discount.
I am feeling cheated because they are charging differently in different branches though being the same brand.
Moreover I inquired from other skin clinics about this treatment and its cost, nowhere it is going above 5K.
