Hi, today I went to Olivia skin and hair clinic in kolkata Park Street branch, I was told that the price of Q switch laser treatment for face and neck / session is 9400/- ( without discount) but due to ongoing discount I was given 35% discount.

I’ve paid more than a lakh for my families hair treatment, they don’t respond at all after taking money, doesn’t give appointment and never answer calls. We did couple of appointments with them and they use niche products and machines, horibble terrible customer service and doesn’t even care when the process of hair removal is going on. They are not refunding the amount as well. Every time we have to visit the office...

As suggested by the doctor at oliva i paid for laser toning treatment for my face for curing melasma.
Before starting the treatment doctor promised that by the end of treatment the problem gets solved.
But instead of curing the situation has become so very worst.
My face was very good before but now i regret going to them for the treatment.
The situation is very pathetic.
They are very irresponsible that they don't understand what is happening with us and also never accept their mistake.
They only are worried about the money but what about the situations we are facing due to their mistakes.
My face is really completely spoiled due to those treatments given by the doctors.
Hope such situations will not be and should not be faced by any of the people and hope so some charge will be levied on such type of clinics.
