I’ve paid more than a lakh for my families hair treatment, they don’t respond at all after taking money, doesn’t give appointment and never answer calls. We did couple of appointments with them and they use niche products and machines, horibble terrible customer service and doesn’t even care when the process of hair removal is going on. Before starting the treatment doctor promised that by the end of treatment the problem gets solved.
