Olx — Account banned without any reason

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is [[protected]@gmail.com. They have suspended my account while i haven't breached any rules of olx but don't know why they have suspended my account.
