My dad saw an ad on olx regarding a Toyota fortuner(https://www.olx.in/item/toyota-fortuner-3-0l-4x2-manual-diesel-2012-mod...⇄ called the owner named Estatico Fransesco.Since my dad is away from India I was the one who was talking with the owner.This is what he emailed my dad and me, below is the email by the owner:-
Sir in regards to our telephonic conversation. For my sale
of my car Toyota Fortuner at Rs.9.35laks I Mr. Estatico
Francesco have informed Mr. Richu Thomas Mathew to pickup my
car Toyota Fortuner 3.0L 4WD 2012 model from
Shamshabad, Rajiv Gandhi Hyderabad, Airport car packing
at the VIP car packing on my behalf by making the payment of
Rs. 2.85.000laks for the release of the car from the airport
packing today on the 19/03/2016 as the second owner of the
car by making the payment for the release of the car and the
documents today.

NOTE: the reason why i can not send you the RC copy is
because I and my family are out Hyderabad out of station for
our traveling VISA processing documents in New Delhi, I
will return back to Hyderabad on the 28th of March
2016, you will pay me the balance of Rs. 6.50laks by cash at
your home on the 28/03/2016 after you must have completed
the exchange of ownership form my wife name to your name.

Attachment to this mail is my International Passport and
car pix. Sir please let me know your readiness to pick up
the car by making the payment of Rs.6.50.000 rupees for
the release of the car to you at the airport on my behalf
today and the balance will be Rs.7.00laks rupees you will
pay to me on the 28th of March 2016.

Sir make the payment on time and pickup the car and the
documents on my behalf by making the payment as instructed
by Mr. Arun Kumar with contact number [protected] who is
the customs in-charge of the released of the car and all the
documents to you on my behalf before 2pm today UPON the
payment of Rs. 2.85lakhs for the released.


The owner also attached his passport copy along with the vehicle pictures.So I told Fransesco I have to see Arun and the vehicle to make the transaction of 2.85 lakhs.But when i called arun he told me he is working for customs and I can't see the car unless i make the payment of 2.85lakhs.We made the payment .Then Arun tells me Francesco owes the customs another 3.85 lakhs and He has to pay that in order to get the vehicle out of customs.I told them I won't make any further transactions unless I see the vehicle and it's papers.So they told me to come at 11am at the Rajiv Gandhi International airport Hyderabad.Now I think that me and my dad have been scammed.Please guide me and help me and my dad out of this mess.
