Olx India — ad for selling my pet

I have posted an ad for selling my dog, chinese pug on 5.6.19. Many a time i tried to post this add it was not working. So i transferred rs249 to olx since i thought may it was the problem behind this. To my embarrassment after hours the ad was again rejected without mentioning any specific reasons and i expected a refund as popped up on olx.

But today i received a message that the unused unit of featured ad is expired!!! What the hell is this? Shall i get my money back soon???
