Olx India — being banned for no reason

I have been using olx for job search, but i have been banned for no reason even olx people didn't send any kind of messages or emails regarding this.
Guys resolve this as soon as possible.
I[censored] guys don't want ppl to use it den stop issuing ur product in play store
Resolve the issue as soon as possible
Or else you will probably end up by very bad review from all end users of olx

I got number in olx and spoke with him about the t-shirts and paid RS.7500/- for 40 t-shirts which he said will be delivered in three days from West Bengal. I waited for three days I didn't get the t-shirts so I asked him again he said it'll come in two days. That was the last time I spoke to that person, no response from his side
