Olx India — Cheated by taking my personal documents and getting the agreed price for my car

Hi,

I tried to sell my car with olxauto and i was promised the price of 2L and took all the personal documents from me for processing. When it came to releasing the finance, they are now quoting 30k less than agreed amount. Isn’t this purely cheating?
