Olx India — complaint against fraud person

I booked a swift car regd No HR 54A 3027 and also paid 7000/- Rupees to his account but now individual is not picking up the mobile. This is a fraud person.
Pls do not book that car...
I paid the amount in the account number [protected] which was on the name of
Chirag. I tried mANY TIME on his numbers [protected] and[protected] but he is not picking up. Pls help me get my money back from that ### fraud person.
