Olx India — RC transfer not done even after 180 days of selling the car to OLX Autos

I had sold my Alto K10 VXI Musik Edition bearing registration no MH11BH4186 to OLX autos on 23rd June'2021.

It has been around 180 days since then and i am not receiving any update from the company
