Olx — Suspension of my accounts without a valid reason

Dear Sir,

My olx account under the phone number "[protected]" was banned by team all of a sudden as soon I post an adv for my own phone.

the adv was approved and I received 2 enquires and suddenly they banned my account, I reached out to customer care but no one is saying the reason for suspension.
They keep saying account suspended but is not ready to reveal any reason.

Requesting you to help me in removing the block of my account

I tried to email but they are not revealing any proper reason.
My ad is still running and I want to close it
