I received a mail stating my account is blocked for multiple ids in olymptrade platform, but i dont use multiple ids,
I accept i had another account but i contacted olymtrade support and blocked it because of technical issue and then i created a new account[protected].
The new account was created only after blocking first account.
Now they are telling its breach of contract how come??
Even i got my new account verified.
They are not even replying to my mails nor calling me.
I want my current account to be unblocked please help me with it. Was this information helpful? |

An email has been sent to you about account blocking 82631387 and a warning that if any facts of trading on other accounts are established, the Company reserves the right to block these accounts and all funds on them.
So you registered a new account 83710632 after the termination of the Service Agreement and the warning the Company was forced to apply the consequences described in clause 8.5.1. of the Service Agreement.
