They refuse to grant my withdrawal and never refund my initial funds they have with them. y ID verification was denied and I became frustrated took away my funds. I tried to an email to their customers support system but no one is responding and i had no choice other than to check (w w w. Chronicvolt. tech) and i was lucky enough to get saved from eruption and got my funds

    It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they don't care about their customers they only extort from your trading account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I tried to an email to their customers support system but no one is responding. I was lucky enough to get it resolved after which i check Volt Chronic Tech on googgle which came through for me with a reversal to my account. Please let us all be very careful

        My withdrawl is processed 50 hours before and funds got deducted from my olymp account but not received yet into my bank account. The amount was 50 USD. Please see into this matter asap..

              Read Start to end olymp Trade you awaited me for 4 months for my deposit and daily saying my fund was safe will credit soon and running 5 days cycle and after 4 months one day you saying we can't validate this transaction and saying it's my mistake no it's your platform failure your system provided closed account information where is my fault i always generates new transaction before deposit and when i am depositeing there is no pop up of that account was closed for transaction everything looks normal then how would i know that account was closed for transactions i always generates new transaction and i had also clicked on i have paid after the amount was deducted from my bank account and i had never saved any used our old receiving account UPI QR information.
              I am not a kid please don't fool me it's all yours platform failure.

                To be short this platform is very good. I am amazed by the simplicity of this product, how well-thought it is and I also appreciate that it offers to trade Forex and FTT on the same platform. I can move from Forex to FTT or vice versa by clicking a single button. It’s very suitable because I frequently use both modes, so I’m happy about it.
                But I face some trouble here. Horizontal lines used to mark price levels are hard to manage. Could give me a guide on them?

                To switch from Forex to Fixed Time Trade, all you need to do is to go to the asset. There is a tab to choose Forex or Fixed Time Trade.

                Regarding your question on horizontal lines, we are pleased to inform you that you can draw lines on our platform under the indicators list. Please go to the third icon called “Technical Analysis” on the bottom left of the chart. Then Open the instrument list – Drawing. You can find horizontal lines there.

                      He closed my account and took the amount in it, which is 3718 dollars They said your account is not verified But I told him that he was documented and gave them a copy of the documentation But then they said I violated clause 8 But I did not violate anything

                            I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and unknowingly i have uninstalled the app and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this issue as there is a email address and phone number i have updated try to recover my account through any one of those. And the website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my mobile number instead of two factor authentication

                              I have no longer using the olymp trade account and in no longer need of their services but my account has not been blocked even after giving the email for same with account I'd. Even chat bot no longer has the contact specialist option. I am receiving mail that i would be charged 10USD which i don't want to be and i have followed the procedure of closing the account but have recieved a good response from the team

                                I raised withdrawal request on 10-April-2023, the status is processing till today. Connected with Olymp Trade support team, they saying forwarded you request to finance team, they are still investigating the request. No update till today 30-April-2023

                                      I didn't come here to try and throw mud at the company's reputation, I have heard really good stuff about this. A week ago I signed up, because I was actually curious what I am about to see. Did the whole review reading thing, and read a few articles on how I am supposed to use this platform, what I should expect and all that stuff. Anyways I finally decided to register, put some money in it and went straight to the live trading thing. Didn't trade on the first day but just sort of discovered the platform, clicked here and there, it all looked okay, I checked the money to see if it came in, it was all good. A day goes by, I open the platform, so it's a chart of Oil. Nothing else. On the left-hand side, I see that I have fixed time and forex mode, I am in the forex mode. I am supposed to see forex pairs, as it is called forex pairs, right? Wrong. I don't see anything but Oil. A day ago I was able to see so many assets, now I am left with one. What's that supposed to mean?

                                      Oh dear oh dear. I actually made it stuck in the commodities section in the general forex mode. Turns out there sub menues under the mode, and there are asset categories starting from the Favorites. Anyways. took me like 10 minutes to actually see the sub menus since it's the dark mode and all that. But now I can go through the categories, see all the assets' charts and trade them.
