I have done a lot of transactions through Suvidhaa neo, the said company has not been able to do any transaction since last 18/12/2018, my Wallet account is only ?
16253.70/I have contacted many times by mailing and called them for refunding my money back. But there is no proper response. They are trying to avoid me. I need my money back. Kindly file a complaint against Suvidhaa neo for not returning back my money.

I am santosh, I joined as relationships manager on[protected] at ffreedom app 05th December to 10th December 2022 training, they show their cheque, its big size. Normally cheque are small and it has bank name, branch, code etc. I think that there is something wrong. Then I decided to don't do it. I wasted my time and money ( no subscription fees). I left my job. It is important to know friends, so before joining they didn't tell me subscription, I didn't do any subscription. I waste my time and not money. Please be careful before you gets job. It is fake company.

1000 rupees was taken from me on the pretext of loan and I didn't even get the loan. When I asked to return my payemet, I didn't pick up my call.

My rt code is 180332.Suvidhaa infoserve block my money 147160.Please help me asap.When i call customer care they said your money refund asap.But last 5 year they not refund my money.They blocked my money in 2017.

I have bought grocery worth Rs. 2300 (approx.) on 12.03.2022 from SUVIDHA, Ballupur, Dehradun Store, in the evening. Since, the amount of the bill was more than 1500 therefore I was eligible for the free delivery of same, so I requested the same to them to which they assured that it would be delivered to me by 13.03.2022 (Morning). But, in the morning when the same did not deliver to me I contacted the customer care and they assured for the delivery in an hour or two. But, till now, by 7 O' Clock in the evening I have not received any sort of confirmation from SUVIDHA. Its only I further contacted them, then only they gave me the same assuration that would be delivered as our delivery agent got free.

Kindly arrange the delivery agent for the same and atleast direct them for doing the delivery in a time bound manner, if they commit so, otherwise dont commit if they are incompetent and incapable one, as the grocery item is something which o[censored]tmost important in nature.

This sort o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is totally not expected from SUVIDHA. If they dont have the logistic then SUVIDHA should not assure its customer for free home delivery.

We purchased Raagi (finger millets) about 2.5 weeks back in Suvidha Charlotte which has the best before as March 2023. When we opened the sealed packet on Wednesday 2/16 we were shocked and surprised to see that the millets were infected and they were black in color. We used to give extract starch from raagi and used to give it to the baby. Next day when we went to store to return it they weren’t accepting and moreover the store associates answered in very irresponsible way. This is not what we want. We expect a very good customer service. It is surprising to see this kind of service. I’m not worried about the refund here. Where is the service ? Where is the responsibility here ? I would like to bring this to your attention before I take this to next step. I still have the packet with me. I’ll wait for your response.

Recept extra mony and not give me receipt

I bought cadbury gift pack worth Rs500 along with other items.when I opened the pack almost 90% of chocolates were melted and frozen on one side in every pack.
I went to your store at ballupur chowk dehradun.
Owner refused to replace the item.Thats not the way it should be.
I want my amount refunded or item be replaced.

The payment still has not been reflected in my dues amount. The electricity dues is same as it was before payment. Kindly please refund my payment amount of ₹166/-. I have send reference number along with other documents. Please return my amount as soon as possible I already send 2 mails.

Me and my mom were told by the guard to wait for 10 mins and we were waiting for our turn as only one person of the family was allowed and just then a family of 4 members came and the guard let them in and stopped us. I asked the guard why he let them in first and he didn’t have a proper answer. Obviously the person was maybe a rich man but what about the local public who are waiting for 30 mins for their turn and a person and that too with all his 4 members gets to get in before the entire public. And no staff takes the responsibility of happening such things. You need to add some responsible staff who actually care about the public. I am never going to recommend any one to go there again. Very bad experience. Very bad. You should talk to the guard and the manager regarding this. I will also complain in the consumer care about the treatment the local people are facing.

Suvidhaa doing scam by not refunding the money in portal they have stoped dmt (Domestic money transfer) service and put all distributers balance amount on hold from september 18 and not refunding that money their local officer has left their job. When i asked to customer care they are saying just we will soon start their service as any finance invester will invest and do not give any date for start dmt and distributer portal
I am one of thier distributer and my money also on hold like other distrinuters approximetly 299596 in distributer portal and 39410 in retailor portal the service has been closed after one month of staring business with suvidhaa
Please some help me i am in great loss

I have deposited rs.82000/- rupees eighty two thousand only in companies account 3 months before but they didnot allow to transafer the amount to my retailer,
I have called several times but they didnot recive the call. Giving time from last 3 months.

Myself Sunil and I have joined suvidhaa infoserve Pvt LTD since 17-October-2018 and I have resigned 17-November-2018, I'm continuously asking about my FnF and salary but no response from HR.
Kindly help me.

HR has been mail me for FnF and now they are not responding my mail, I have sent had copy by Currier and till date no one replying me regarding my salary.

There is no responsible persons to take our complain regarding the loss of my personal things. One persin sitting in office and he does not respond to anything. I was go to the suvidha center to register my complain regarding loss of my documents, but the person sitting in it had refused me to do my work, because he said my officer is not present in suvidha center. He said i am not able to do this work, my officer came and said me to do my job work.. Either i am not do anything
