I joined your platform last week. I enjoy the way it’s designed. The developer did it best to make a decent compromise between functionality and convenience. They reached this goal. It’s much easier to use than Metatrader. As for functionality, I think it’s a matter of taste. I don’t use too many indicators, especially custom ones. Among the few indicators I use, I often rely on Zig Zag. Unfortunately, I don’t see this technical indicator here. Is it present here or not?

        Dear concern.
        I diposit 100 usd through Bkash payment system in 25/082022.which not add my live balance but money successfully deduct from my payment source.Then i contact support team and provide essential evidence of payment.From support i get a mail that my issue through to financial team and they will replay me within 5 business day.After 5 business day a mail come from olymp trade called "wallet" and they ensure me that money will return within 09/09/2022.
        However date not still Cross.I am waiting.I just write hear to express my experience about diposit issue.Now i am looking for solution of my diposit issue.

        If i get resolve my issue then i will write hear again.

        Today i get response from wallet.They ask me today that, i get my money back or not.I replay then still i get not back money.Then they said please wait still 24 September.If within 24 September you do not get back your money then please prepare a bank statement of payment.They will investigate more.

        I just want to say i already send you payment statement. If you need full statement of last month i can provide you.Please do not more patients to your clients. Its not your standards. If you are facing difficulties with this kind of payment system.please remove it from your payments system.clients also be happy because they will not face like this kinds of bad situations.

        I sent payment statement as per olympy trade request.And thay assured me that a task was created to finance and thay will update me within 5 working day.5 working days over.still i do not get any update from support.When i write today about any update support they are telling me now, when thay got any update from finnance thay will inform me.My concern is if finnance team not able to resolve any case within 5 working days so why you said it tack highest 5 working days.
        Who are reading my coments please think again before diposit.I am a victim with my diposit.When i provided proper documents to olymp trade thay cant give any solution when there given time line also finished.

        I do not get any response from olymp trade finance team. Thay tack 5 working days to resolve my issue.but still not soloved.when date is over.Eventually if they need more time to solve it finance team should to declare a date and inform me.

          How long can you expect a client to wait for? It’s been more than a week of waiting. I was told that I’d be informed about it via email. You guys have never sent one even after I had contacted multiple specialist in the support channel. You’re asking me to please be patient after all I’ve been through? I heard a lot of mixed opinions about this platform but I still ignored it and gave it a try till then I had no problems but ever since the unnecessary delay in deposit, I’m changing my perspective. I’ve been told that my account will be credited by 10th of September 2022, I also have the screenshot of the conversation I had with the specialist. I don’t believe him tho I doubt that it’ll arrive by then.
          I’m just gonna ask a question and I want an answer couse I don’t wanna log in this website again and again to file a complaint and waste my time doing so by waiting for @OlympTrade reply’s.
          When is my money gonna get credited?
          The date for receiving the money.
          Please don’t expect me to wait for an
          additional 5 business days or 10 more business days. I’m really sick and tired of waiting.

            It's too bad that Olymp Trade platform doesn't allow you to open demo account.
            I understand that many traders with a lot of trading experience do not need demo account to trade. But I'm still new to financial markets, so I want to have chance to practice a little bit in trading on demo account.
            Sure, I could have opened demo account with another broker or another platform, but I wanted to trade on Olymp Trade platform with no risk to my deposit.
            Everything else suits me fine. But for now I don't know what to do.

              On the 27th of August 2020 I’ve deposited an amount of 7000 rupees. In the first phase the support specialist asked me to wait until 48 hours have been completed. In the second phase I contacted another specialist and he asked me to wait for an additional 5 working days. Now since 5 business days have been completed but my fund has yet to be credited in my account, I contacted another specialist and she asked me to wait for an additional 10 business days. 6 days have passed by and I’m yet to receive the fund that has been debited from my account. Do you think it’s appropriate for a client trusting a broker to wait for days? I’ve tried everything, contacted multiple support specialist and emailed the website, but guess what. My money is yet to be credited to my account. I’m sick and tired of emailing and contacting the support specialist each and everyday. As far as I know I feel like it’ll take more than a month for my money to be credited if Olymp Trade shows no concern for their traders. Please see to it that the money I’ve deposited gets credited to my bank account or trading account at the earliest.

                    Hi, I deposited a sum of INR5000 on 26 AUG 2022 via upi p2p method on olymptrade platform. After 24 hours of deposit i did not get my money in my olymptrade account so i reached costumer care of the platform. They told me to wait for 48hrs after time limit told me to wait 5 working days which i waited but nothing happened its been 6 Days( 1 SEPT 2022). I am a little woried and same time frustated.                             I'm not sure if this broker offers multiple chart types. I've been searching for a way to change my default chart from an area chart to a bar chart for a little while now and haven't found it. Does the broker even offer a variety of chart types? To me, the area chart appears like a skyline drawing, and it's challenging to work with. Why would a broker not offer charting options? I haven't even searched for drawing tools on the charts, but I doubt they'll be helpful.

                            If you do not like the Area Chart (the straight line), you can easily switch to another one. By clicking on the second button on the left bottom of the chart. You will see the list of chart types to choose from.

                                Account blocked for ### reason,also not refunded my amount

                                Thank you for your response. But this is very bad, olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to to trading or not, i did this because I just want to check...

                                This is not good, , olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to to trading or not, i did this because I just want to check the process of withdrawal money before trading in this platform.but my experience is very bad and i am very insecure to continue on this platform .I am thinking now that this is a scam, fraud and this is not legit way to do with your client.please change your policies .if your want to scale in long way.your process of investigating is taking a lot of time so please don't tell ### to public that this is your standard policy (also provide some time frame for this) .

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  My OlympTrade ID is 91427012. I have made a deposit of INR 20, 000 on 20th of July and I have not received my deposit to my Olymptrade account. I have been following up with the customer care and submitted all documents as per their request but unfortunately only reply I get from them is they have created a task to the concerned team and they will resolve it within 5 working days but it has been more than a month and I still get the same answer from them. I hope you can resolve the issue quickly.

                                    This is a good broker. So I am disappointed to see this simple and over-masculine design on the platform. There are a lot of dark and moody colors in the design, and these cannot be changed. If this were a default design with other options to select from, it might be better. There is something about these colors that strains my eyes when I am trying to trade on the platform. It is thoughtless of this broker to act in this manner. I do not know why they went this route but it is appalling.

                                      They have blocked my account suddenly after depositing USD 1800 along with my profit earned. They said that I have filled a chargeback against them however I have not done any charge back against them. They are not clear and just saying that your account is blocked permanent.

                                      Also they are not refunding my deposited amount along with my profit.
