It's too bad that Olymp Trade platform doesn't allow you to open demo account.
I understand that many traders with a lot of trading experience do not need demo account to trade. But I'm still new to financial markets, so I want to have chance to practice a little bit in trading on demo account.
Sure, I could have opened demo account with another broker or another platform, but I wanted to trade on Olymp Trade platform with no risk to my deposit.
Everything else suits me fine. But for now I don't know what to do.

    On the 27th of August 2020 I’ve deposited an amount of 7000 rupees. In the first phase the support specialist asked me to wait until 48 hours have been completed. In the second phase I contacted another specialist and he asked me to wait for an additional 5 working days. Now since 5 business days have been completed but my fund has yet to be credited in my account, I contacted another specialist and she asked me to wait for an additional 10 business days. 6 days have passed by and I’m yet to receive the fund that has been debited from my account. Do you think it’s appropriate for a client trusting a broker to wait for days? I’ve tried everything, contacted multiple support specialist and emailed the website, but guess what. My money is yet to be credited to my account. I’m sick and tired of emailing and contacting the support specialist each and everyday. As far as I know I feel like it’ll take more than a month for my money to be credited if Olymp Trade shows no concern for their traders. Please see to it that the money I’ve deposited gets credited to my bank account or trading account at the earliest.

          Hi, I deposited a sum of INR5000 on 26 AUG 2022 via upi p2p method on olymptrade platform. After 24 hours of deposit i did not get my money in my olymptrade account so i reached costumer care of the platform. They told me to wait for 48hrs after time limit told me to wait 5 working days which i waited but nothing happened its been 6 Days( 1 SEPT 2022). I am a little woried and same time frustated.                   I'm not sure if this broker offers multiple chart types. I've been searching for a way to change my default chart from an area chart to a bar chart for a little while now and haven't found it. Does the broker even offer a variety of chart types? To me, the area chart appears like a skyline drawing, and it's challenging to work with. Why would a broker not offer charting options? I haven't even searched for drawing tools on the charts, but I doubt they'll be helpful.

And we understand that chart types are very important and indispensable. That is why we provide 4 different chart types. They are Area Chart, Japanese candlesticks, Heikin Ashi, and Bars.

                  If you do not like the Area Chart (the straight line), you can easily switch to another one. By clicking on the second button on the left bottom of the chart. You will see the list of chart types to choose from.

But this is very bad, olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to to trading or not, i did this because I just want to check...

And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to to trading or not, i did this because I just want to check the process of withdrawal money before trading in this platform.but my experience is very bad and i am very insecure to continue on this platform .I am thinking now that this is a scam, fraud and this is not legit way to do with your client.please change your policies .if your want to scale in long way.your process of investigating is taking a lot of time so please don't tell ### to public that this is your standard policy (also provide some time frame for this) .

                        Dear Sir,

                        My OlympTrade ID is 91427012. I have made a deposit of INR 20, 000 on 20th of July and I have not received my deposit to my Olymptrade account. I have been following up with the customer care and submitted all documents as per their request but unfortunately only reply I get from them is they have created a task to the concerned team and they will resolve it within 5 working days but it has been more than a month and I still get the same answer from them. I hope you can resolve the issue quickly.

                          This is a good broker. So I am disappointed to see this simple and over-masculine design on the platform. There are a lot of dark and moody colors in the design, and these cannot be changed. If this were a default design with other options to select from, it might be better. There is something about these colors that strains my eyes when I am trying to trade on the platform. It is thoughtless of this broker to act in this manner. I do not know why they went this route but it is appalling.

                            They have blocked my account suddenly after depositing USD 1800 along with my profit earned. They said that I have filled a chargeback against them however I have not done any charge back against them. They are not clear and just saying that your account is blocked permanent.

                            Also they are not refunding my deposited amount along with my profit.

                              I had 418$ in my account I made a withdrawal of 50$ i got 500$ instead
                              but i returned 450$ back as they asked me to reverse transaction then after 2 days i got blocked and received no email regarding block
                              then after 3 days i got email that my account is banned and also my all funds

                                I've joined the clients of Olymp Trade quite recently, but already concluded it is a reliable broker. Support team is very friendly and always willing to help. Conditions are very suitable, especially if compared to my previous broker. In this regard the only disturbing thing I've noticed is orders execution in mobile app when internet connection is poor. I don't know how to control it and it is not big problem, but it is a little confusing when I trade via mobile. Any methods to make it better?

                                Accessing the internet with bad connection is always going to be annoying. The broker cannot help with that. But I had to get a different internet provider to trade without delays.

                                  Im really not understanding the process, its already been more than 45 days still i didnt received my money back..daily I need to beg for my money. if you want to me beg daily 10 times for my money I will.there is no time frame also.

                                    Sir I didn't request chargeback against the company in bank while chargeback request only can be file on credit/debit card transactions but i deposited money in olymp trade app with the help o[censored]PI which was approx 6 months ago after that i didn't deposited or withraw the money from the app. please sir help me recover my account or refund my money 😭. I didn't file any chargeback against you 🥺😭.

                                    Thanks for writing to us. Regarding your situation, paragraph 3.5 of the Regulation of non-trading operations states: “If the Company Customer has not carried out any operations in the Trading Terminal, which leads to a change in the Balance of the Customer’s Account for 6 months, the Company reserves the right to charge a subscription fee (commission) for providing access to the Trading Terminal.”.                                       I came to this broker without any knowledge of trading. That's why my first few orders made loss.
                                      Now I am studying trading on different sites on Internet. There are many trading ideas and strategies on these sites, which are most likely profitable.
                                      But problem is that I cannot test them all on my trading account. I read on forums that not all trading strategies bring stable profit, and it may take more than one week to learn how to use profitable strategy. I wouldn't want to lose too much money learning how to trade.
                                      That's why I'm sure if broker had trading simulator or special service to check strategies' profitability it would be great. Now I don't know what to do...

                                      So, it turns out I was wrong... Broker has special service that I dreamed of! This is fulfillment of my dreams! I can test trading strategies and indicators directly on platform using special demo mode. This is separate trading account with non-real money but real charts. That is, I can learn to trade in real conditions. And all this is absolutely free! Now I'm not afraid to lose my deposit before I learn to trade profitably.

It is called the Olymp Trade demo account. To achieve better profitable trades, you can test our other strategies.

                                      It is recommended to test the new strategies first on the demo account. If that works for you, you can slowly switch to the real account. This way, you can save a lot of time learning new trading strategies and applying them in trading.

                                      To switch to the Olymp Trade demo account, you just click on your balance. The list would show the option to the demo account.
