[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Can't change stop-loss orders

I have just begun trading on Olymp Trade and have had a mostly positive experience. However, I recently faced a problem while placing stop-loss orders. The problem arose when I placed a trade and mistakenly set the wrong stop-loss level. As a result, my position was closed earlier than I had intended. I was wondering if there is any way to change the price of the order if an incorrect price is mistakenly entered, similar to the mistake I made? It would be strange if the broker did not consider this or if they were attempting to take our money by limiting our options. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I appreciate that Olymp Trade offers comprehensive educational materials and tutorials to guide beginners like myself. Through these resources, I learned how to properly set stop-loss levels and avoid similar mistakes in the future. While it was a minor setback, it actually taught me a valuable lesson about being cautious and double-checking my trades. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We are glad to tell you that you can change the level of stop loss however you want. In the Forex mode, under the Amount box, you can find the Auto-closing box. Here you can change the stop loss/ take profit according to the percentage or the price. Just click on the icon to switch from one to another.
