[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Crypto transfer error

I have been trying to transfer some of my ethereum from a cryptocurrency exchange wallet to my Olymp Trade account. Nothing seems to be happening and I have no idea why. I thought crypto funding was available here but it doesn't seem to be working properly. It has been two days and tried like at least 6 to 7 times from my wallet on cryptocurrency exchange, it just simply does not go. There is nothing in the notification center as well regarding the fact that they are currently unavailable for maintenance or something like that. They could have warned at least. Nov 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Can't get my head around to figure out why I have done such a careless mistake. Turns out I have been trying to send ethereum to the bitcoin address. Because of the fact that the technologies essentially do not match, I could not send anything. The moment I realized that I have done such a facepalm, for the life of me. But I deserved it obviously. Anyhow, basically everything works properly now. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
