Olymp Trade — Deposit amount is not credited. ID[protected], Request number - [protected]

I have deposited INR 20, 000 via UPI QR on 23.06.2023 around 2 : 26 PM.
It is been 24 hours but no update on that transaction happened.

I request an immediate solution for this matter. I have attached the screenshot of the payment process.

I have provided UTR, walltet ID, receiver UPI id, , what more to investigate, I am not so sure about it. Investigate your payment gateways, i have done my part rightly, do refund or credit to live account. It is very simple. why take so much long time to give me my money back.

I appreciate your concern, But in a amount like this, where people are fighting for 500, 700 INR, waiting for a resolution. I didn't expect the service from Olymp trade this much slow. It is the 5th day and I haven't got a single update about my transaction.
I never did any faulty transaction from my end, Why should I be the victim here? Please resolute immediately. Waiting for you r team to reply.

Please don't say such things, atleast 15 mails I have done from my side, Same response, Finance team is working on it. And yes I got a call from Maher Olymp trade but only one ring. That was day before yesterday. No call, no mall received so far. Should I go with the Cyber crime department now? Let me know accordingly, because it is a violation of service act. Firstly, Failed to deposit in 24 hours and then If it is not resolving by 30th of June, it would make more clear case. hence, to avoid all those It is better to find a resolution. I am cooperating, your finance team should do it too.
