[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Deposit not credited to my account | |||
I have made a deposit with Olymp trade for 10$ and when it is not credited I have notified the customer service about it and I have asked can I deposit the money again, for which he answered yeah I can deposit again. As my first transaction was not showing I took the risk and deposited the money again and the same thing repeated with another deposit too. I enquired the bank and they informed me that money has been credited to the company I have transferred. Its been more than 30hrs and their customer representatives are saying to wait for at least 5 days. Does it take 5 days to resolve a complaint ?? this is horrible. Was this information helpful? | |||
