Sir I didn't request chargeback against the company in bank while chargeback request only can be file on credit/debit card transactions but i deposited money in olymp trade app with the help o[censored]PI which was approx 6 months ago after that i didn't deposited or withraw the money from the app. please sir help me recover my account or refund my money 😭. Regarding your situation, paragraph 3.5 of the Regulation of non-trading operations states: “If the Company Customer has not carried out any operations in the Trading Terminal, which leads to a change in the Balance of the Customer’s Account for 6 months, the Company reserves the right to charge a subscription fee (commission) for providing access to the Trading Terminal.”.
