[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Ghost status.

I was attracted by the status system of the broker and the fact that I can gain the next level status just by trading on a daily basis and completing daily tasks. This way I managed to gain Advanced status by the end of the month. However a couple of days later my status disappeared as if there were no status. And of course all my trading benefits with it. It looks like something shady is going on here. Can olymp trade representatives explain to me what are the reasons for that? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jul 14, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually it was written in terms and conditions somewhere that the given status is revoked every new month if I do not have enough money deposited. Well, what can I say, I did it once, and will do it once again! Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thank you for your question. We would like to answer your question as bellow. A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded (except the Starter status, which is the basic one).

However, you can earn a reward “Save” while completing the tasks on your Trader’s Way, which will extend your current status for another 30 days.
