In my trading career I've met plenty of various brokers and never met similar brokers actually. So, speaking about this broker I've decided that I understood everything quite correctly. Nevertheless, recently I faced some issues which led to unpleasant consequences. One year ago I ceazed to trade for a while and couple of days ago decided to join trading again, however I found out that 10$ disappeared from my deposit. What was that? Was this information helpful? Aug 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I believe I should much more attentive the next time. I've missed the information about downgrade from one type of account to the lowest in case I wouldn't trade at least one month. I guess I had to read the information more properly. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thank you for contacting us. It is important that we can clear up the information for you in case any uncertainty appears. In the complaint, you are probably referring to the inactivity fee. The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to the traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.
