Three days ago i topped up my account with $10 but received no bonus, which was supposed to double my deposit. And the point is, i fulfilled all the conditions that were stated in the promotion! More particularly, i made a deposit right after creating an account, it could hardly have passed more than an hour after the registration. However, i didn't receive the bonus anyway. There are only $10 in my account, those $10 that i actually deposited. What's wrong, why hasn't olymp trade awarded me with a bonus? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Ahh, I didn’t notice that this doesn’t work for small amounts like $10. OK. I’ll try to either make more out of my $10 or next time replenish with at least $30. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 30, 2019 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response Hello! The 100% bonus is activated if you deposit from 30$ during one hour after registration. However, the regular deposit bonuses are still valid for you starting from the deposit amount 30$. One of the reasons I decided to start with Olymp is the bonus option, when you get the same amount bonus when fund your account within one hour since registration. But I can’t do that! I simply don’t get an e-mail from Olymp for confirmation. Why do you offer bonuses and then don’t allow getting them in time?
