[Resolved] Olymp Trade — I was blocked! | |
Two weeks ago, i registered on your site. But i didn’t receive a letter to my email. I decided to register another account to another mail. Everything was great. I traded on a demo account, and then decided to create a real account. When i created a real account, i received a message that my account was blocked. Why did you block me? I did not break the rules. I did not even have time to top up my account. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 29, 2019 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response Hello there!Each account has both demo and real account options under one ID. You can switch between them any time you like. Having more than one account on our platform is prohibited. It is specified in trading rules which every trader accepts on the registration.
