Just telll me why??? I replenished my account with my friend's credit card and then you're manager asked me to confirm the card is mine and than, when i said that i don't never make deposit with my own credit card, my account was blocked. I get my funds, but then olymp trade just blocked my account "for violation of rules"??? Where is it written i can't make deposits with all methods i like??? This account had my trading history and now everything is ruined call of so-called rules!!! Just tell me, is it my obligation to read rules??? It's better to require additional repleneshing and maybe one day that will save some of my funds. I really beliebe that there will be never such situation, but it's good to know, really. Sorry for my excesive emotionality, I didn't think forward when I was writing. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. It is a very frustrating kind of situation, we totally understand this. But we must note that each trader reads and agrees with the rules of work on our platform before start trading. If some points of the rules are not entirely clear, our support team will always give an answer and help to figure it out. You can make a deposit with all available payment methods., but they must belong to you, and not to third parties. We value clarity and understanding of our relations with traders.
