Olymp Trade — Refund against declined payment

Task is created on[protected] for 15$ deposit, which was deposited on[protected] and the case has been forwarded to the concerned department. As per the update, the payment was declined and 30 days also passed and I have shared the bank statement with olymp trade, But still it is not getting resolved. Only am counting the days, No refund received as of now
