[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Something strange happened

I made a decision to trade at olymp trade because it seemed to me like a very modern broker with a lot of cool things to offer to the customers.
For example the market in the platform or continuous trading tournaments.

But one thing that happened to me and I want to know what is going on.
The thing is I opened a deal recently and it was all good, I was net positive. However the next day I found my deal was closed for some undisclosed reason. Even though it was closed with good profit, the profit could be bigger if that wouldn’t happen.
So I am struggling to comprehend what that was. And if I need to worry about Olymp trade.

Now it makes sense to me what happened. It looks like I need to spend some time to learn all features of this platform. I think that in the next weekend I will definitely study everything related to trades and trading modes so that this mistake will not happen again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. What you think of our service is important to us. Regarding your concern, when your Forex trades close, you can check if you have enabled the automatic Stop Loss and Take Profit in your settings.

You can configure the Stop Loss and Take Profit levels by opening the Auto-closing section at the right tab (below the trading amount settings). If any questions remain, kindly reach out to us. We will gladly provide you with thorough assistance.
