The point is that trading here was full of pleasure for me and I remember how I quickly signed up and verified my identity on the platform. I got down to business like within a day or something and since those times I have never had any questions about the platform, because their Help Center is full of crucial information.
Nevertheless, recently, I encountered a kind of glitch or how it's called. I decided to switch payment methods, and the platform requested an account verification. Idk, maybe the system thought like I signed up for the first time but it was kinda confusing. So, I have no idea what was that and what I'm supposed to do. Was this information helpful? |

Regarding your concern, when traders request to switch their payment method, they might be required to perform another verification to the account. This is to ensure the security of the account. You can just submit the documents again for it.
