[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Status disappeared

I really liked the idea of gamification of trading routine. The fact that you can gain more advantageous status just by completing trading tasks during the day is priceless. It allows you to kill the bird with one stone: - to mix up your trading and make it way more interesting. - to achieve higher status, thus getting more advanced trading conditions. But as soon as I got my higher status it disappeared the next week. It was not very pleasant, so I demand company’s representatives clear this issue for me. Was this information helpful? Oct 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Oh, I see. My bad, I didn’t notice the expiration date of the achieved status. That’s another reason to read terms and conditions carefully, kids. Anyways, I have a goal to pursue for the next month. Buckle up! Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

However, A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded.
