[Resolved] Olymp Trade — The order was closed on its own!

I entered this platform to trade forex, cause I prefer forex trading and see this trading style as the one and the only one. I am not a stock guy, and especially I'm not fond of trading commodities or other assets. After I traded on the demo for a while, I decided that the training was over and I ought to move forward. You know, demo engulfs you so much it's getting harder and harder to move to the real account. Still, I managed. The question is - why I can't open orders as usual? I deposited a sum of money, wanted to open an order, clicked "buy" button and then, within 5 minutes my trade closed without any action from my side... I didn't want to close this trade as my analysis told me to wait a bit more for a level breakthrough! What has happened, hey? Olymp trade isn't so sweet as it seemed to be? Jan 2, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Shame on my inattentive, lol. Why I didn't pay attention to the fixed time trading mode? It's a good one, but I was convinced I was trading forex, hahaha. Thank you, olymp trade guys, you have opened my eyes and now I research fixed time trading mode, may be it may turn out even more lucrative than forex, even despite the fact I rarely make exclusions. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Regarding your concern, we think you could have used the Fixed Time Trade, where a trade will be closed at a certain time. In Forex, you can close trade at your own time. In Fixed Time Trade, the trade will be closed according to your setting.
