I don’t know. I really liked their old promotion system with all the promo codes. Sure, it wasn’t the best bonus scheme of all, but the new system where you won’t have any bonuses at all, seems a bit weird for me. Maybe I am too old and can’t take changes but I would prefer to have extra money due to the promotion. I think that Olymp Trade made a mistake by removing the promotion completely and not introducing anything in exchange. Marketing team should do better. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 9, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Apparently I have misconstrued the whole thing. Olymp trade will introduce a new status system instead of the promo codes. That's a completely different story. Sorry for grumbling guys. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
