[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Where are the charts?

I have been really disappointed with my experience on Olymp Trade. I couldn't find a way to switch between the different chart types on the platform, which is a basic feature that should be easy to access. It's really frustrating and makes me question the competence of the broker. Even the timeframes, I wonder what the other trading experiences would be like. I'm definitely considering switching to a different platform that makes it easier to use basic features like this.

In my defense, I am new to the platform. The button for the chart types was right there at the bottom staring at me all this while. I think I am getting a hang of the platform now and it is making a lot of sense now.
Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thank you for trading at Olymp Trade. We are glad that you have sent this question to us. To switch from one chart to another, you just need to click on the second icon from the left bottom of the chart. It’s called chart types. There would be a list of charts for you to choose from.
