[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — why didn't you give me a bonus?

Hello!
You wrote on the site about double your deposit bonus! If the trader top up the account by a certain amount, then the same amount must be credited with the bonus.
I created an account and top up my account with $ 100. 20 minutes have passed, but there is no bonus.
Why didn’t you give me a bonus? Is this promotion over? You must warn about the end of such promotions. It is unprofessional of you to leave an advertisement for a promotion when it has already ended.

This promotion is valid. 100% bonus is available only for the new traders. The bonus is activated if you deposit from 30$ during one hour after registration. If all conditions had been completed, but you didn't receive the bonus, please, give us the ID of your account. We will check everything!
