[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Why have I wait for several hours to get the money from trading account to my bank card ? | |
I am the user of olymp trade and the broker has really satisfactory conditions as there are no spreads and some commissions which are not so big for me. The platform is fine and I really enjoy its design and functionality. However, withdrawal takes much more time than depositting which is a little depressing. I have to wait for several hours to get the money from trading account to my bank card without paying any withdrawal commission. Several hours is too much especially comparing to the momentary deposit. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved All of the traders want the withdrawal to be momentary but, I am afraid, it is impossible because the broker should also implement some mechanisms in order to save itself from fraudulent actions. Such mechanisms take some time, that is why nowadays immediate withdrawal is impossible and all the brokers do this way. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
