Could you please advise, why i didn’t get the bonus for the first deposit? I heard that it is offered to all the clients, at least for the first deposit. I’m interested in trading, options, and forex for a long time and i’ve been trading on a demo account on olymp trade platform, attended free webinars, actually i’m a little bit aware of what is what. And i wouldn’t miss an offer to get the bonus... Why don’t you give the bonus, although you advertise it? Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Sorry, I didn’t read the bonus conditions and therefore I didn’t know that it is applied only if you deposit within an hour after the registration. Theeen it’s clear, I registered on the platform a long time ago. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 02, 2019 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response Hello!100% bonus is available only for the new traders. The bonus is activated if you deposit from 30$ during one hour after registration. If all conditions had been completed, but you didn't receive the bonus, please, give us the ID of your account.
