[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Why my depo is drained

Uhm... basically, that's not a bad platform, I have been trading on it for a couple of weeks, tested first on the demo and then started to trade on the real acc. forex mode predominantly, I am not quite experienced to try FTT, even thouhg I know about profitabiltiy rate, increased one, and other perks. it's very interesting to me. nonetheless I started to notice that my deposit is being drained, like right in front of my eyes. i open a trade and i close it, and the sum deducted from the acc isn't equal to the sum I used for opening position. I thought it was like a lag or smth, but then I started to notice that it occurs every time!!! what's that? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Mar 31, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Holy cow! man, I ain't think of commission deducted all the time I open and close positions. Thank you olymp trade team for guiding me through this peculiarity! I said that I am not quite experienced, so i am not aware of all the details so far. now I know that commission depends on the applied multiplier and amount allocated for the position, thanks once again... Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 29, 2024 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response Hi! The trade closes automatically after the time you set. If you close the trade yourself, a commission will be deducted depending on the amount.
