In my Olymptrade account I made a deposit of Rs 700 on 20-5-23 at 7.2 pm, which took a long time and finally showed transaction failed. Nothing was credited to my account. But Rs 700 was deducted from my bank and was credited to their account as I received this message from bank.
"Dear Customer, Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX2914 is debited for Rs.700.00 on 20-05-23 and a/c XXXXXXX730 credited (IMPS Ref no[protected].If not done by you, call [protected] -SBI"
I raised a ticket on the same day in olymptrade and informed them everything. But they did not resolve, I followed up, 14 days passed. They are silent. Kindly resolve and get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
