I have deposited 1000Aed in olymptrade from my bank account.
The amount debited from my side was 1020aed.
I even got the sms of deduction.
However Olymtrade said the transaction is failed.
And have not even credited back the 1000 in my back yet....

In my Olymptrade account I made a deposit of Rs 700 on 20-5-23 at 7.2 pm, which took a long time and finally showed transaction failed. Nothing was credited to my account. But Rs 700 was deducted from my bank and was credited to their account as I received this message from bank.

I had deposited INR 700 in my Olymptrade account via PAYTM. Transaction was successful. But still the money is not showing in my olymptrade account.

I have withdrawn money from Olymptrade on July 4/07/2022 morning 9000 INR to my bank account it has showing like debited from the Olymptrade but when I check my account the money has not debited till the date 26/07/2022 they informed that it will take 5 to 14 workings day still it has not debited I have reached them through email support so many times but still they are checking with their financial department and not updated anything properly...

I stopped using Olymptrade app within 2 days of installation and recently I received a mail from that company stating they have charged 10 USD for not being active for 180 days. I requested the customer care to delete my account by stating I no longer needed that account. But still the customer care executive asks for contact number stating the manager will call me regarding this. I mean why do I need to talk to their manager...

Hello sir, my Olymptrade id is [protected] . My account has 281$ in it and its asking for Verification before withdrawing the money. But due to certain reason i can't verify my payment method. So my money got stuck in that account and the account is temporarily not working. So i request you to refund my Olymptrade amount into the same upi through which deposit was made...

It’s very hard to earn money but today application like Olymptrade is like a wonder how have taken my 128 USD but not credited in my live account. I am filing case against this company as more then 96 hrs passed and Olymptrade policy is say only 48 hrs ....
