I made a payment by upi yesterday which is not showing on my account. Can this be processed immediately. Cannot wait for 36 hours

Kindly process my money faster.

I have deposited 2100inr to Olymp Trade through upi method of Slice account and it was successful but in my live account it's not been credited and in the transaction it's showing as failed, please try to understand why is this happening so, i couldn't trade now because of this very worst customer support aswell. I have Installed the olymptrade app 8+ months ago and I tried with Different value and cuurency deposit as well. and My internet speed is always good more than 30 Mbps. The issue is There is always 5 secs delay in Trade Execution whenever i trade other than Indices and OTC market at FTT mode. Again I tried opening an other account and That also give the same issue and when i checked with some experts and adviced me to try with higher deposit and i tried that too and its not solving at all and it keep making me losses many times and I lost more than some 5 digits in INR and Still I never see the Profit as my weekly margin or Monthly margin. there is No right solution when i tried help at their portal.feeling tired o[censored]sing Olymptrade because of this losses and feel me to quit. The same issues happening in the Computer and mobile as well

Hi,
I have deposited 1000Aed in olymptrade from my bank account.
The amount debited from my side was 1020aed.
I even got the sms of deduction.
However Olymtrade said the transaction is failed.
And have not even credited back the 1000 in my back yet.

I have deposited 10$ in my olymptrade account 2 days acc still didn't receive the money and also it's not showing in my transaction history ...just my money was deducted when I scanned...

My Name is Abrar Bashir Teli, I deposited/ Refilled my olymp trade account ([protected]) whose details i mentioned above with INR of 20000 on the the date and time:[protected]:22:16 with order number: daffe43c-3c24-11ed-a750-0227e8f92f42 and i got some bonus also around INR 5000 and i started doing trading and booked some profits so i took a withdrawal of amount 20262 INR on the Date and time:[protected]:25:09 with Payment number :[protected] and i am still doing trading and waiting for my withdrawals to reachy account, suddenly i went outside from the app and when i opened olymp trade now, there some popup came that your account has been blocked so i tried to reach the customer care very fast on the date and time: Sep 25, 2022, 07:11 AST and they told that you have violated some rules and your account has been put under internal investigation.
From that day till now there has no action taken by olymp trade. i reached the customer care 1000 times but they was only telling it is under internal investigation.
it has been almost now a year since my account got blocked.
I am requesting you now please and please try to unblock my account now or try to send my money back to my upi so so that i can solve my problems.

I am right now having emergency of money and i need this money to solve my financial problems.

I hope you will understand my situation this time and you will do something this time.

In my Olymptrade account I made a deposit of Rs 700 on 20-5-23 at 7.2 pm, which took a long time and finally showed transaction failed. Nothing was credited to my account. But Rs 700 was deducted from my bank and was credited to their account as I received this message from bank.

"Dear Customer, Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX2914 is debited for Rs.700.00 on 20-05-23 and a/c XXXXXXX730 credited (IMPS Ref no[protected].If not done by you, call [protected] -SBI"

I raised a ticket on the same day in olymptrade and informed them everything. But they did not resolve, I followed up, 14 days passed. They are silent. Kindly resolve and get my money back.

I have made a deposit of Rs.10000 through UPI to my Olymptrade account on[protected]. The amount got debited from my account but has not been credited in my olymptrade account and furthermore, the transaction status shows failed. I have made withdrawal on 31 / 03 /2023 of Ruppes 37500/-(Thirty seven thousand five hundred only), its been 20 days now for withdrawal request still its not been credited to my account and its been debited from olymp trade account on the same day,
I have sent many requests for enquiry of the withdrawal every time i get same response like our team is working on it, i am fed up with this kind of answer there is no proper follow up for my request, please rectify it soon or else i have to take legal action. And i need to make another withdrawal but without old proceedings i cant make another withdrawal .

I stopped using Olymptrade app within 2 days of installation and recently I received a mail from that company stating they have charged 10 USD for not being active for 180 days. I requested the customer care to delete my account by stating I no longer needed that account. But still the customer care executive asks for contact number stating the manager will call me regarding this. I mean why do I need to talk to their manager for deleting my account? I don't want them to further take any charges for the account I no longer use. Kindly take necessary action and give me a solution to come out of this app.

Hello sir, my Olymptrade id is [protected] . My account has 281$ in it and its asking for Verification before withdrawing the money. But due to certain reason i can't verify my payment method. So my money got stuck in that account and the account is temporarily not working. So i request you to refund my Olymptrade amount into the same upi through which deposit was made
