I have made a deposit of Rs.10000 through UPI to my Olymptrade account on[protected]. The amount got debited from my account but has not been credited in my olymptrade account and furthermore, the transaction status shows failed. I would like the amount to either be deposited to my olymptrade account or please do a refund to my UPI ID. Kindly assist.
