I had made two withdrawals on september 12th totalling to $26.50. It shows withdrawal status as processed, but no money has been credited to my bank card. I had never had any previous issues with my bank card and all refunds are processed the same day. I contacted customer service and they ask me to contact claims department, however there has been no response from their side. Was this information helpful? |
