Om Enterprise — unusual reading or extensive charges of august bill

We are facing abnormal unit recording - and received excess bill of last month (11/09/2019).
Our average electricity bill is near about rs.[protected]/- but last months its too unusual, even last month it cross more than rs.26000/- o[censored]nit records according to bill.
In bill, i see the units calculation is may wrong. Instead of 400-700 units 3581 units is bring printed due to which high bill of 26000/- is generated. I find this to be sole mistake in unit calculation or external charges and if it is correct than give us whole details of bill and high amount.

Last month, we were billed with "nil consumption" which is not true! The person who had recorded the units did a mistake not taking the reading correctly.

Please take immediate action on it and re-verify meter, unit burn and charges applied. Also correct and re-issue electricity bill of august-19 and give us with details.
