Dear Sir,

I have submitted a Parcel on 27/10/2018 - containing Airway Bill No - CGL1005425, The same has not been delivered.

When we tried tracking in Professional Courier Tracking - It shows received in Professional Courier - Chennai.

I have complained the same in Chengalpattu Office on 3rd Nov'18 to [protected] - Mobile number.

Again I have registered a complaint on 9th and 10th and today -13th Nov'18 - They are saying they have raised the complaint but not received any reply.

Enclosed Parcel Packing - Airway Bill No, Professional Courier Tracking Update and SMS on Complaint sent to Professional Courier Office Number.

Request to deliver immediately or Return, The courier was sent on emergency to Surat and it has not reached. There is a Huge Loss because of this Reluctance in Professsional Courier.
