Dear sir/ madam,
I've send one cargo of 300+ kg for door delivery on 19/01/2016. it has reached dhulagarh hub kolkata on 29/01/2016, but is not been send to customer. details of the consignment is as below:-

Consigner: priority solutions, mohali, punjab
Consignee: bureau of indian standards, kankurganchi, kolkata
Mobile number of consignee:[protected],[protected], 44
Docket number: 14458 250

Station inchage mr dinesh (m# [protected]) seems too busy to pick customers call.

Please look into the matter as my customer is panicking now...

my consignment no is [protected]... my material ha dispatched by my client from Maharashtra, and its being complete a week that i have been waiting for my delivery. now when i contact you customer service they said to pay extra transportation charges, until my cargo will be hold. does your company have any resolution for my problem...?
