my meterial booked dt-27/04/24 by federal mogul goetze by banglore to shapar lr no is[protected] but meterial is not received on this time dt 07/05/24 i have export this meterial but meterial not received on time so i have miss my export order

I want to tell you that we had sent the material to Deep Casting Gwalior on 13.05.2023 through om logistics ecotech-iii greator noida Branch but that material has not been received by the party till date and when we talked to the transporter they did not give any accurate information.

Please take action with immediate effect and answered to us.

I want to tell you that we had sent the material to Kent Industries Valsad on 9th August through om logistics NIT faridabad Branch which should have been received by the party on 13th August but that material has not been received by the party till date and when we talked to the transporter they did not give any accurate information.

We want you take strict action against to it and make sure did not repeat again.If it is repeated again than we will charge 1000 rs./day from you (om logistics).

Please take action with immediate effect and answered to us.

We have send 5 c/s goods from haridwar on dated 10/06/2022. We are sorry to inform you that the goods are yet not received (16/06/2022).
Please do the needful for long term business.

I am a regular customer of Om logistics since a year and have ordered more than 25 consignments through them.In the last 3 consignment, few of products are always delivered damaged.I complained when I received the first damage, but all in vain.Searching for a better and reliable transportation that values its customer.

23318705, is the consignment number I received yesterday, 20 calcium jars 5l out of which 5 caps were broken and 2 jars were completely empty and had to be rejected on the spot.

We have sent consignment from Om logistics on 15th May from Surat to Thrissur, However its been almost 10days from now, material has not reached to desination. Online tracking it is showing that it has reached bangalore and lying since last 10 days. However banglore person is saying they have dispatched to cochin and cochin person is saying they have not recieved any material. No support from Delhi head office.

We are having a lot of issue with OM Log. Aurangabad Team, mostly material delivery commitment not adhered, late dispatch of material, mostly after 2 or 3 days from handover date, wrong destination booking by OM -Aurangabad team

This is regarding service of transportation dwelling without any reason, we are suffering & failure our commitments with costumer. Our material is dispatched by Grauer & Well company from Vapi to faridabad by 8/5/21 forTechnoshine Surface Engineers. Still today we are waiting for our material material is stuck at Binola Hub. LR no.[protected]

Om logistics recovered freight charges while material was in transit still it is not delivered since February 2020.
Tarapur and Hyderabad teams not responding.
Legal team and Mumbai team also not helping.

Hello Team,

It is very shameful to say that company like yours are incapable to be on your commitments. I have booked a consignment from Bombay to mathura on 1 feb 2021 in ₹4400. We booked same thing, same destination on 26 Dec 2020 in ₹3040( with reference no[protected]. This literally shows the incapability of your firm. After 6 days of pointless negotiation, your employee in ambernath office agreed on the fair ₹3349 and despatch the consignment on 5 feb 2021. I was told that the consignment will be delivered on urgent basis but today is 12 feb 2021 and it is still on the route.
Yesterday afternoon one of your employee told me that the machine is in binola warehouse and will be delivered today in early morning but now it is evening and machine has not been moved from binola warehouse.
All your tag lines to fetch customer are merely fake and nothing worthy.I was your customer since last 4 years but this will be my last consignment.

I want to bring some really painful experiences we had with your local Coordinator Deepak at Rourkela Odisha for which we are forced to rethink of having any further business with your company.

Your company person Misbehaved with me on phone the other day and did the same yesterday after which we had to ask him to leave our office politely.

You have two small invoices worth Rs 19k and one of approx 13k.

The first invoice cheque was ready and Deepak was to be given the chq yesterday but due to his arrogance we have not handed over the payment to him. Invoices submitted to our office on 3rd Jan 2020.

2nd invoice is for one export shipment to Bhutan and is still not delivered. It is lying at your Jaigaon depot since last 6-7 days.

To add salt to injury your person deepak first leaves my office and secondly sends an email to your jaigaon office to stop our shipment due to non payment. On what capacity does he have the
authority to hold shipment which has not been delivered
till now. Regarding your previous invoice of approx Rs 19k we will not give him the chq anymore as he shall not be allowed to enter
Our office henceforth. You are requested to give your account details for the chq to be deposited. If you want we can send you the
Scanned copy of the cheque for your reference.

One more startling fact about your employee Mr Deepak we would like to bring to the fore as things have moved beyond repair. He is
having a financial understanding with one Arun patra. Time and again our staff has been told to avoid your transport and move
material through this person. The excuse Deepak would make is that it will take more time through Om Logistics to deliver
the material. This was the reason we started taking Tax invoices from your firm to curb any corruption at his end. He is definitely
having financial dealings with Arun Patra as sometimes he used to come to negotiate on the prices.

Moreover he has overcharged the Bhutan Invoice as he had communicated Rs 8500 inclusive of all charges to my employee and the bill given was for Rs 12799. My person confronted him to which he said it was a mistake from his end and requested to
adjust in the next shipment. My point is first of all how did he raise this bloated invoice and had I not seen the invoice he would have taken the payment.

You had a person Prashant Dixit earlier, gem of a guy. We never had issues with him but since this guy has taken over it is really a pain to continue further.

He is so audacious that he send email to your jaigaon office directing to hold our shipment. Please take a note of this as

We have already pasted the sticker "Handle with Care" and "Fragile items inside the box". Also, submit the declaration form with a description. But no use of it. the box was handled so roughly that the glasses were broken and also the plastic cap. No response from the logistic side.

I been regularly transporting goods from delhi to mumbai via om logistics and i was charged nominal as per the weight now this time they have charged me excess which is double the price of what it actually has to be they are taking undue advantage of covid 19 situation and charging everyone excessively my material weight was 325 kg and they charged me for a weight of 592 which is mentioned in there lr copy, please take necessary action i want justice.
