Om Logistics — Not delivered goods on time

My consigment no is 14639758, three carton which is very much important for us, but your jaipur branch keep these goods two days in his godwon after calling so many times they send these goods but the supplier man is so rude, he dont know how to deal with customer. even till 6.30 he has not delivered goods our office time is 6.00 pm still we waited for him but after calling when he will he talked in very rudely manner. even your incharge is not responding in proper manner

We are your regular customer if you are providng such kind of services then we cant continue your services even we will not recomeend your services to anyone.
