OM Prakash — Unable to night sleep and disturbance for street dog barking and crying

We at Prakashlayout, varthur, near rock multigym, Bangalore are having inconvenience due to continuous dog barking at the dog breeding centre infront of our building. Specially the first two floor are highly affected by the dog barking. During the night it is causing a great nuisance. We are unable sleep in our rooms.

Not sure if these stree dogs are properly given food. Also as they are caged they are continuously barking and crying.
