OM Prakash — not upto the mark

I had ordered on order date - 21/08/207 13:52
Order confirmation number: [protected].
1 samsung power bank 25000mah with sony mdr-zx110a headphones (White) just rs 899+99=rs 998.00.

But i received non branded power bank and inext headphone of very cheap quality. I tried calling there customer care no [protected], and mailed them at care. [protected]@gmail.com" but both are fake and no response.

I got confirmation on mail of my product after placing the order from [protected]@mail. Buildabazaar.

I got call from ecom express before delivery, number [protected], it might help you to track the sender.

You are requested to see the matter and try to recollect the product & refund the money.
