Om Sai Placement Service — Replacement/Refund

We hired a maid from them in January. She left after 2 months without advance notice. We called them to complain about it and they said that they do not have a replacement so they will send the refund. Its been almost a month. Neithet have they provided a replacement nor have they given a refund. Spoke to Rahul and Vikas from the placement services and they both promised refund, but haven't heard from them yet. Read many such complaints about them online also. Hope that everybody reads this and do not utilise their services in future at all. They are a fraud placement company.
